As tensions have grown between law enforcement and communities, we recognize the future lies in the hands of our youth. With this realization, Breaking Barriers United invests in our youth by going into their neighborhoods and locating tomorrow’s leaders, through relationship-building and mentoring programs. Their mission is to repair the bond between law enforcement and the community by promoting transparency and building relationships.
