Protect the 2nd Amendment

Our 2nd Amendment rights are an important American tradition. Gun ownership is not the problem, and banning guns is not the solution. As a gun owner, I know that guns are important for farmers, hunters, and sportsmen in the 1st District. The overwhelming majority of responsible gun owners support universal background checks, promotion of safety training, closing of loopholes and I would support this as well.
